Our core focus is developing new residential communities – both For Sale & Rental properties.

Our initial focus was the development of new for-sale residential communities in conjunction with state sponsored affordable housing programs (DHCD, MassHousing, NEF Programs). We’re now developing a range of rental properties, include the Cottage Rental Series, mix use properties and golf course redevelopment.

We continue to look at new and exciting projects and finding novel approaches to creating dynamic new residential communities.
